Complaint
Description: On or about January 28, 2018, Defendants NYPD officers falsely arrested, searched and imprisoned Plaintiff. Defendants falsely accused Plaintiff of crimes of possession of a controlled substance and maliciously prosecuted Plaintiff by filing a criminal court complaint with the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Bronx County. Defendants falsely and maliciously without probable cause charged Plaintiff with various crimes and Plaintiff was prosecuted without probable cause. The charges against Plaintiff were terminated. As a result of Defendants actions Plaintiff suffered humiliation and his character and reputation were injured.
