Description: On May 26, 2018 POs Melissa DeLeon and John Does 1-2 wrongfully accused Plaintiff of driving while intoxicated and falsely arrested him. POs then transported Plaintiff to a precinct and Central Booking where they initiated a malicious prosecution against Plaintiff. The malicious prosecution was ultimately terminated in favor of Plaintiff.
