Description: On October 6, 2022, plaintiff was arrested on the northeast corner of Hegeman Street and Osborne Street in the Brownsville section of Brooklyn. Defendant NYPD officers Blot and Turner initially informed plaintiff he was involved in an assault. Defendant Blot claimed plaintiff had been driving recklessly and harassing the another individual. After being taken to the 73rd precinct, plaintiff was aggressively slammed against the gate during processing, injuring his wrist. On June 15, 2023, defendant NYPD officers Diaz, Perez and Myrthil conducted a stop and frisk of plaintiff without any reasonable suspicion at the corner of New Lots Avenue and Watkins Street in Brownsville, Brooklyn.
