Description: On August 1, 2014, plaintiff was lawfully at the location of White Plains Road and Archer Street, Bronx, New York. The plaintiff was stopped for no reason by defendant NYPD officers who had no arrest warrant or other lawful reason to arrest. While in custody the plaintiff was subjected to a humiliating search and was deprived of all money and personal belongings. The charges were dismissed for having no merit.
