Description: On November 23, 2020, plaintiff was approached, stopped, detained, battered, assaulted, seized and searched as well as arrested by the defendants. Defendants falsely accused plaintiff of a criminal offense involving a financial crime. Defendants seized her person with their outstretched hands aggressively grabbing her about her head and body before unlawfully searching her person by rifling their hands in and out of plaintiff’s clothing and personal belongings. Defendants then grabbed plaintiff about her body and extremities before violently contorting her arms and wrists behind her back and applying excessively tightened metal handcuffs, causing plaintiff to experience significant pain and discomfort.
