Description: On October 11 2017, officer defendants falsely arrested plaintiff as he was leaving a store and charged him with sale and possession of crack cocaine, absent any violation of the law or appearance thereof. Officer defendants illegally searched plaintiff and found nothing illegal in his possession. This search was invasive and included officers touching under his pants and around his genitals. Officer defendants subsequently arrested plaintiff and placed tight handcuffs on him without stating the cause for arrest. The aggressive tactics and language of the officer defendants put plaintiff in a state of stress and panic which triggered an asthma attack.
