Description: On January 10, 2015 Plaintiff was lawfully in the vicinity of an intersection when PO James Brown, PO Victor Voronokov, PO John Doe, PO John Roe, PO James McBrown approached and summarily stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and detained Plaintiff in an aggressive and excessive manner without legal justification. Plaintiff was arrested and taken into custody where he was strip searched. Plaintiff remained unlawfully incarcerated for over 24 hours and was forced to make numerous court appearances to defend against a malicious prosecution until all charges against him were terminated favorably. Complaint
Description: On November 1, 2013, police officers Morales, Cancel, Santos and Brown entered plaintiff Goldberg's law office without a warrant and Morales and Cancel arrested plaintiff in front of her colleagues, without a probable cause for any offense. Goldberg was held around 23 hours, during which she fell flight of stairs while handcuffed, and taken twice to the hospital for pneumonia. On next day, Goldberg was arraigned, on a complaint by defendant, the hair salon Hair Q Salon Corporation and its owner and operator Gomez. This charge was dismissed.
