The evidence Defendants relied on for the warrant and charges were falsities by Defendant ADA Weintraub. Despite having no credible evidence against Plaintiff nor probable cause to believe Plaintiff committed any crime, Defendants arrested and charged Plaintiff. During trial commenced on or about June 4, 2018, Defendant ADA Weintraub knowingly elicited false testimony from witnesses, failed to disclose exculpatory evidence, presented evidence that was illegally obtained pursuant to a search warrant that was obtained by false representations by ADA Weintraub.
