Description: On December 15, 2015 Tracey Davido (plaintiff) was lawfully present at 7 st James Place when she was assaulted and battered by Officers Sharbel Mohammed and Anowar Raza and John Does (defendants), knowingly, intentionally and willfully without probable cause. The plaintiff was imprisoned and intentionally confined against her will resulting in severe emotional and physical distress.
An erroneous police report was created and the plaintiff was maliciously prosecuted in bad faith.
