Description: On or about January 7, 2016 at approximately 7:45 AM, Plaintiffs, including their family and friends, were inside an apartment when Officer Joseph Nicosia, Officer Michael Martin and other unknown officers begin banging and knocking on the door. Plaintiff opened the door and the officers physically forced their way inside, informing that they were there to arrest Plaintiff's son based on an outstanding warrant. Plaintiff's son said he would go with the officers but needed to get his shoes. Then, the officers began to search every room of the apartment without a warrant, claiming they had recovered marijuana from the apartment.
