Description: ON July 5, 2023, NYPD Officers Singh, Peralta and others stopped, searched, pushed, assaulted, battered, violated and detained Plaintiff. The officers approached and arrested Plaintiff without an arrest warrant, probable cause or legal justification. Officers Singh, Peralta, and others then initiated a malicious prosecution against Plaintiff, causing him humiliation.
As a result of the excessive force used to search and detain Plaintiff, he sustained injuries to his head, neck, back, body and limbs. Description: On December 3, 2021, Plaintiff was at home caring for her teenage nephew and his father, who both require regular assistance, when she heard a knock on the door. When she opened the door, she was confronted by PO lieutenant Brian Query, and police officers Macciel Restituyo, David Perez, Lissa Solermarte, Praveen Davis, Alex Almonte Pichardo, Jason Gonzalez, Daniel Reisert and Flamur Gashi.
