Description: On June 17, 2022, at approximately 11:40 p.m., Plaintiff Cherie Washington was detained and arrested inside her home without provocation or justification by Defendant Police Officer Ruth Perez, and was wrongfully detained and imprisoned without probable cause, without an arrest warrant and in bad faith.
Plaintiff brings claims of: violation of U.S.C. Section 1983, failure to intervene, Monell, respondent superior, and malicious prosecution.
