Description: On or about January 26, 2020, the plaintiff was assaulted by his girlfriend and had reached out to the police for assistance. However, when the police arrived, the police officers laughed at the plaintiff and asked him not to make them come back. A day later the plaintiff's girlfriend again assaulted him with a pair of scissors and when the plaintiff called for the police, the police instead arrested the plaintiff despite witnesses corroborating the plaintiff's facts. All charges against the plaintiff were dropped.
