Description: On August 5, 2016 at approximately 10:30 p.m., Plaintiff was in the vicinity of a housing complex in the Bronx, dressed in CopWatch Patrol Unit clothing and observed three plain clothed NYPD Officers Defendants Duran, Baez, and Frias questioning and searching two individuals. Plaintiff recorded the encounter on video. When the officers passed Plaintiff, they exchanged words with Plaintiff. Defendants grabbed Plaintiff and his video camera and handcuffed and arrested the plaintiff and brought him to the PSA 7 precinct.
