Description: On March 12, 2019, Lamont Hough (Plaintiff) unlawfully stopped, questioned, frisked, searched, seized, and falsely arrested/ imprisoned for allegedly having an open bench warrant even though a reasonable police officer viewing the information contained on the purported open Bench Warrant would have recognized that the Bench Warrant was not for plaintiff and was for a different individual. The Bench Warrant was issued for an individual named Quentin Hough, and has a different birth date and physical description from the plaintiff.
