They did not have any issues with neighbors except for Kevin Sullivan, the boyfriend of their next door neighbor, who moved there a year or so after they did. Mr. Sullivan would harass and harangue them (including by threatening to call the police), with the main contention being the shared driveway between the properties, which the plaintiffs lawfully had access to. Description: On August 5, 2015, a police officer lured plaintiff back to his home by making a fraudulent phone call. Once there, plaintiff was falsely arrested on assault charges despite the purported victim, his partner, having fully recanted. At the time of the arrest, plaintiff was not told what he was being arrested for and was handcuffed too tightly. Officers Ardito, Kontorovich and Smith ignored these complaints. The officers Officer Pasiecnzik and Sergeant McCormack never got a signed statement from the injured person, Ms. Drapinski.
