Complaint
Description: On January 18, 2015 at approximately 3:30 a.m. Plaintiff was on his way home on a train platform and had missed his stop. He was waiting for the next train when two unnamed officers approached, falsely claimed Plaintiff was urinating in public, and arrested him. Plaintiff was illegally searched, taken into custody, and wrongfully incarcerated for approximately 15 hours. Plaintiff suffered great emotional injuries and was deprived of liberty as a result of this incident. POs Christopher Sigmon and Joseph Rusin are named Defendants in the complaint.
