Description: On January 5, 2019, Jhaking Aaron was at 233 Sands st. 3rd floor, his home. Police officers Nzinga Bishop, Ruben Felipe Cardenas, and Gabriel Andrew were at the same building for another matter. When Aaron heard the officers arguing in the building, he went to the hallway and spoke with them. The officers then shot taser at Aaron for no probable and justifiable cause and falsely arrested him. The officers also sprayed pepper spray at Aaron multiple times for no probable and justifiable cause. As a result of this excessive force, battery and assault, he passed out and was taken to a hospital to treat injuries sustained from the officers' conducts.
