Description: On May 9, 2021, the plaintiff called 911 to report that a security guard in her apartment building had struck her in the arm. Officers Freund and Guillen responded to her apartment about 7 hours after the initial 911 call. The officers entered her apartment without asking and without receiving consent. The officers refused to socially distance as a precaution against COVID-19. The plaintiff requested other officers to take the report as she felt uncomfortable with Freund and Guillen. The officers refused to leave and instead called for an ambulance. She was upset by the situation but was not acting erratically.
