1. Guilty: While on-duty on approximately nineteen (19) occasions, received time and pay for approximately eighty-eight (88) hours and twenty-nine (29) minutes for time on duty that he did not work.
2. Guilty: While on-duty was absent from said assignment without permission or police necessity on approximately nineteen (19) occasions, and failed to submit leave of absence reports for lost time as required.
3. Guilty: Did wrongfully conduct personal business while on-duty, to wit: said Police Officer cuesta was absent from said assignment without permission or poice necessity on approximately nineteen (19) occasions.
