Description: On July 30, 2013 at or about 8:46 P.M., plaintiff Lawrence Pridgen was lawfully within the vicinity of 1302 Redfern Avenue, Queens, New York. Plaintiff lives in Apartment 4F. He was returning to his apartment after borrowing something from a neighbor. Plaintiff was not wearing shoes. Returning to his apartment, plaintiff saw a group of police officers, including defendants, yelling at his father. As plaintiff approached his apartment, one of the officers grabbed plaintiff and twisted his arm behind his back. Plaintiff’s asked the officer why he was being grabbed.
