Description: On September 15, 2016, plaintiff was arrested by NYPD officer Andre Edwards.
On January 6, 2017, a dismissal was entered in plaintiff's favor. Plaintiff was again arrested by NYPD officers on February 20, 2017 and April 24, 2017 as a result of an agreement among officers Joseph Aliberti, Ryan O'Connor, and Robert Immendorfer to violate plaintiff's rights. The subsequent arrests were made in retaliation for plaintiff's previous dismissal.
