Description: On December 15, 2020, Plaintiff Ms. Leslie Steele, an African American female, was in obeyance of all laws when she was caused to be unlawfully stopped, detained, battered and assaulted, seized and searched, and falsely arrested by Defendants, including JOHN or JANE DOE 1-10 in the vicinity of 947 Saint Marks Avenue, County of Kings, City and State of New York. On said date and time, Defendants appeared in the vicinity of this first complained-of-incident with a complaining witness (“Basement Neighbor”) who allegedly lived in the basement of Plaintiff’s apartment building and who lied about Plaintiff committing larceny.
