Description: On July 8, 2014, plaintiff was speaking with friends as they stood on the sidewalk. Officers including Michael Rositano & Mark Raile confronted the group and demanded identification. When one of plaintiff's friends questioned why, officers told him to "shut up" and pushed him to the ground. Plaintiff asked why they'd pushed him, and officers grabbed him and slammed him face-first into a gate. They arrested plaintiff and his friends, handcuffing plaintiff excessively tightly (causing scarring).
