Description: On or about August 30, 2018, defendant officers broke down the entrance door and stormed into plaintiffs' premises. They immediately handcuffed plaintiffs and placed them in the living room. Plaintiffs complained that the handcuffs were too tight but the officers refused to loosen them. The officers searched plaintiffs and found no contraband. Eventually, they forcibly removed plaintiffs from the premises and transported them to a precinct where they subjected plaintiffs to a visual body cavity search, forcing them to undress, bend over, and squat and cough, while naked. Description: The plaintiff observed the defendant parked illegally, then the plaintiff stopped to talk to the Defendant Traffic Agent Islam and take photos. Defendant Traffic Agent Islam backed his car up at Plaintiff, and Plaintiff got out of the way of the car by moving to the sidewalk. Additional defendant officers then came to the scene, upon which the plaintiff was arrested and taken to the NYPD 100th Precinct. The plaintiff was charged with one count of violation of Penal Law ß 195.05 (Obstructing Governmental Administration in the Second Degree) which was ACD.
