Description: On or about July 22, 2013, Plaintiff was driving when he was stopped by a police car with officers Danielle DesJardin, Mario Michel, and Matthew Krauszer. The officers asked Plaintiff to get out of his car and to present his driver license, which he complied. Without explaining to Plaintiff why he had been stopped, the officers handcuffed Plaintiff. Plaintiff asked why he was being arrested but the officers ignored his questions and pushed him into the police car and transported him to the precinct. After detaining Plaintiff for a lengthy period of time, the officers took him out of the cell and issued him two tickets although he had done nothing to warrant issuance of any tickets.
