Description: That on or about November 23, 2017 the defendants wrongfully assaulted and injured the Plaintiff while they were investigating a matter in the building he resides in. Defendant POlice Officers Christopher Pruner, Malik Muhammad deliberately and maliciously assaulted and injured Plaintiff by holding him in a choke hold, tasing and injuring him, an innocent male without any probable cause. These injuries caused plaintiff to be admitted to Lincoln hospital. Plaintiff still suffers and, upon information and belief will continue to suffer, great indignities, humiliation and ridicule; was greatly injured to his credit and circumstances; was prevented from performing and transacting his necessary affairs and business...
