Description: On July 23, 2016, Defendants Sajduk and Moran wrongfully and falsely accused the Plaintiff of the crimes of driving while intoxicated and driving while impaired. On or about July 23, 2016 and from that time until the dismissal of charges, which was a favorable termination for Plaintiff by the Bronx County Criminal Court, Defendants Sajduk and Moran deliberately and maliciously prosecuted Plaintiff, an innocent male without any probable cause whatsoever, by filing or causing a criminal court complaint to be filed in the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Bronx County, for the purpose of falsely accusing the plaintiff of violations of the criminal laws of the State of New York.
