Description: On September 30, 2014, Plaintiff called 911 because his ex-girlfriend broke a window in his home in Queens, NY. NYPD officers—including Officers Adames and Johnson—placed plaintiff under arrest. Plaintiff was handcuffed, detained, and incarcerated. Plaintiff was charged with counts relating to assault and harassment. All charges against Plaintiff were dismissed.
