Description: Plaintiffs were sitting on their stoop when police approached and told them to move. Plaintiff was put in a chokehold, handcuffed, and placed in hot police car. Other pregnant plaintiff was also tightly handcuffed and put in car. Ignored requests to go to hospital and brought both to 28th precinct and put in custody for 1 hour. Charged with disorderly conduct. Both were later dismissed.
