Description: On September 10, 2013, Plaintiff dropped off a passenger. He was stuck on a street due to double parking. As he exited to talk to the driver in front of him, NYPD Officer Alexandra Mojica stopped him and asked for his identification. When he questioned why, he was arrested and falsely charged.
