Description: On September 8, 2017, police officers Joseph Cutajar, John and Jane Doe 1-8 arrested Itzhak Nissanoff at his place of business. Nissanoff was accused of theft of a diamond, but not only did Nissanoff not steal the diamond, but also there was no sufficient evidence to prove officers' claim. The evidence that the officers relied on was uncorroborated and did not prove any theft. Nissanoff was arrested publicly in front of his place of business and was seized his customers' properties - thereby preventing his customers from getting back their properties for about a year.
