Description: Plaintiff's motorbike was parked in the driveway when four police officers in a marked car asked to see the bike and said they were responding to a call about a stolen bike. Plaintiff said he would get the title for the bike. Plaintiff's wife was also recording this with her phone, to which the police officers said "we don't need the title and stop recording". Shortly after this, a police SUV arrived and an officer directed the other police officers to arrest the plaintiff.
