Description: On June 20, 2024 Plaintiff was lawfully in the vicinity of an intersection when PO Benjamin Rosado, PO John Doe, and PO John Roe approached and summarily stopped, assaulted, battered, searched, and falsely arrested Plaintiff without legal justification. Plaintiff was incarcerated for over 24 hours and required to make numerous court appearances over an extended period of time until all charges against him were terminated favorably. Plaintiff suffered severe and permanent injuries, loss of liberty and companionship, pain, suffering, emotional distress, reputational damage, and other injuries as a result of this incident.
