Description: On or about May 31, 2016, Mr. Demtry Aristud and Mr. Troy Smith was pulled over by an undercover police car for failing to use his right blinker when he pulled over in front of a building. Officer Jillian Snider and other NYPD officers approached Mr. Aristud and Mr. Smith and searched the car and found some guns in the back seat which were not in plain view. Mr. Aristud and Mr. Smith had no knowledge of the guns in the car, while the owner of the car eventually took responsibility and pled guilty. Mr. Aristud and Mr. Smith were arrested, assaulted and handcuffs were placed on Mr. Aristud's wrists so tightly by an unknown police officer that they turned red.
