Description: On October 27, 2010 while leaving his residence in Jamaica, Queens, Plaintiff was arrested by NYPD Officer John Dempsey and others while leaving to pick up his girlfriend from the subway station. Dempsey and the other arresting officers advised Plaintiff that he was being arrested because he possessed an illegal firearm with ammunition and waived that firearm at his girlfriend the previous evening. Plaintiff was transported to the 103rd Precinct and subsequently to Central Bookings to be presented before the Criminal Court in Queens County.
