Description: On December 5, 2011, as plaintiff was cycling down a street, defendant Aman tackled plaintiff from behind, causing plaintiff to fall to the ground. Defendant Aman then drove his knee into plaintiff's back, fracturing plaintiff's pelvis. Defendant Aman then handcuffed plaintiff and yanked on his arms, dislocating plaintiff's shoulders. Plaintiff was transported to a hospital and ultimately discharged without receiving adequate medical care. Plaintiff was subsequently escorted to the 1st precinct and ultimately released.
