Description: On January 13, 2018, the Plaintiff was staying with a friend and awoke to a domestic disturbance. The Plaintiff was a transsexual and also homeless. Shortly after the Plaintiff woke to the disturbance, Police Officers Jennifer Giannone, John/Jane Doe I-IV ("Defendants") arrived.
The Defendants approached Julien Texeria ("Plaintiff") with loaded firearms, outstretched limbs and other objects used to
physically seize, strike and restrain the Plaintiff.
