Description: On October 24, 2021, Officer-Defendant Jefferson Jean, Shield No. 5105, approached and unlawfully stopped plaintiff. Defendant Jean pushed plaintiff in the chest, threw plaintiff to the ground, and vocally degraded him. Defendant Jean than placed plaintiff in overly tight handcuffs, causing significant injuries. Unnamed defendant-officers were present but failed to intervene. Plaintiff was unlawfully arrested, transported to- and processed at the 68th Precinct, and transported to Kings County Central Booking. Defendant-officers falsely alleged that plaintiff was engaged in obstruction of governmental administration.
