Description: On or about January 14, 2017, plaintiff was a passenger in a lawfully parked vehicle, when defendant POs Avosso, Drew and Doe forcefully removed plaintiff from the vehicle and, without a warrant, probable cause or reasonable suspicion, placed plaintiff under arrest. Defendant POs then falsely claimed that a firearm was retrieved from the vehicle. At the precinct, defendant POs knowingly and falsely informed the District Attorney's Office that plaintiff had been observed committing various crimes. The criminal case against plaintiff was subsequently dismissed.
