Description: On November 20, 2019, at 6:00a.m., Defendant Officers executed a no-knock search warrant at the Plaintiffs' home in Brooklyn. Plaintiffs, including 2 infant children, were terrifyingly awakened from their sleep as Defendants P.O Gerald Casciola, Capt. Adeel Rana, Sgt. Hilton Jean-Pierre and at least 6 other NYPD Emergency Services Unit members broke down the door and entered in military-style uniforms and gear, including machine guns that were pointed at the Plaintiffs. Plaintiffs were handcuffed and detained for 3 hours while the NYPD searched them and their home, property, and personal effects.
