Description: On or about July 3, 2023, Plaintiff was on the street when several Defendant NYPD officers, including officers Prieto, Osso, Pirro, Battista, Garcia, as well as several other unknown officers, tackled Plaintiff to the ground. The Defendants repeatedly struck Plaintiff, including punching him, kicking him, twisting his arms, struck their knees on his back, and put handcuffs upon him that were excessively tight. Plaintiff was detained and the Defendants falsified information relating to Plaintiff's arrest.
