Description: On January 21, 2016 Mr. Kevin Gill left his home with a baseball bat, chasing after non-party Myrko Bazlime. When Mr. Gill approached a police car in view, Officer Santiago Booker exited the car, pointed a gun at Mr. Gill, and demanded that Mr. Gill drop the bat. When Mr. Gill dropped the bat Officer Booker shot something at Mr. Gill which blinded him and tackled Mr. Gill, resulting in a concussion. Officer Booker, along with other officers, handcuffed and booked Mr. Gill. At the same time, Sergeant Xiang searched Mr. Gill's house. Mr. Gill was charged, but the charges were dismissed.

Description: The plaintiffs were enjoying a 4th of July barbecue, when defendant officers approached and began harassing plaintiffs. The officers began to arrest plaintiffs and without provocation, they beat plaintiffs repeatedly by punching them and using their batons. Plaintiffs were pepper sprayed, restrained and taken to the nearest precinct. The charges against the plaintiffs are unknown, but the criminal prosecution was terminated favorably regarding the plaintiffs.

Description: Civilian defendants unlawfully entered Plaintiffs' home and so they called the police and when Defendant Officers arrived outside, they tried to walk into Plaintiff's home with the civilians. When one Plaintiff blocked the doorway, he was handcuffed, held outside and interrogated. Both of the Plaintiffs were then arrested, taken to the 73rd Precinct, charged with trespassing, menacing, and fraud. The other Plaintiff was locked inside the house.
