Description: On January 1, 2019, Plaintiffs' home was unlawfully entered and searched by the defendants, who did not have a warrant or probable cause to search the home. Despite not finding any evidence of illegal activity, Defendants Jimenez, Grandstaff, and Siljkovic took plaintiff Dennis Simon to the 75th Precinct, where they held him for questioning for 2 days without informing him of his right to counsel.
During that time, the defendants conspired with defendants Green and Granum to create a false parole violation claim in order to detain plaintiff Dennis Simon during their ongoing investigation.
