Description: Plaintiff was in a pizzeria when the defendant officers assaulted and arrested him. He was taken to Police Service Area 9 at 155-09 Jewel Avenue in Flushing, NY. He was charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in or Near School Grounds and Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree. At the time of the incident, he was serving probation for 5 years. He was imprisoned for 140 days on Rikers Island without being convicted of a violation of parole. All charges stemming from July 11, 2014 were dismissed.
