Description: On May 2, 2015, NYPD Jane Does 1-10 and John Does 1-10 broke into Ms. Thevenin's home to search for a suspect involved a shooting, despite the shooting not taking place in her home and the lack of a search warrant. They caused extensive property damage - including destroying her pool, the garage door, the screen of the sun porch, breaking glass tables, removing drawers and breaking dressers, and throwing furniture into her pool. Officer McCoy and Detective Cooper verified damage to Ms. Thevenin's property and falsely assured her that she would be compensated for the damage.
