Description: On March 12, 2018, the plaintiff attempted to exit a pharmacy while in the possession of unpaid merchandise. Police officers forcibly pushed the plaintiff face against a police car. The police officer fractured the scaphoid bone of the plaintiff's left wrist and injured a tendon by an excessively forceful handcuffing. The plaintiff repeatedly asked for medical assistance but was ignored.
