Description: On October 24, 2012, on the subway, Plaintiff was pushed from behind by NYPD Police Officer Jennifer Rosario into NYPD Sergeant Katherine Cordes. Later, the two approached him, arrested, and criminally charged him on the false accusation that he had pushed his groin against the buttocks of a third-party. Plaintiff had to appear in court 8 times to defend himself.
