Description: On March 14, 2014, at approximately 7:00 a.m., Plaintiff was a lawful passenger in a vehicle involved in an accident while somebody else was driving. The accident occurred near the intersection of Linden Boulevard and Mother Gaston Boulevard in Brooklyn. NYPD Office J. Antonio and several unidentified NYPD officers reported to the scene. Without a warrant or probable cause, they proceeded to search, arrest, and detain Plaintiff, who had been injured in the accident. Plaintiff was taken to Central Booking, where she was denied medical assistance, causing further physical, mental, and emotional injuries, On March 15, 2014, Plaintiff was released without seeing a judge.
