Description: On July 14, 2012, plaintiff was arrested at the intersection of 8th Avenue and West 144th Street, and then at Harlem Hospital Center. Plaintiff was subsequently brought to Central Booking. Plaintiff was held in custody from July 14, 2012 to July 20, 2012. All criminal proceedings were terminated in favor of the plaintiff.
